I use Facebook all the time. Just not the Vanagon group. Everybody has their reasons.

For sure, I've learned as much in the last year on FB VOG as in the Vanagon List. Plus, I have helped out several folks. The pics and stuff are SO worthwhile. Your blindness, maybe Heidi can help. But please, give FaceBook Vanagon Owners group a decent chance. Or not. Try it at least for a couple days before deletion. Crap, I know for sure I'm gonna get lots of hate mail on this one; actually, probably none, they will just ignore and delete. I am willing to take the risk for the good. Yes, the FB thing is a good one. > > On Monday, April 19, 2021, 6:03:06 PM PDT, Eric Caron <ericcaron96@comcast.net> wrote: > > Hi Richard, > > > I won’t be spending time on Facebook. And I do supplement my posting a bit on the Wet Westies email group. That email group is looking more and more like Vanagon.com as tech questions are increasing along with the camping event info. I know many of us are curmudgeons and set in our ways. Time for a change. Try it for a couple days. Delete if not happy. But I think you will be happy and delighted. Otherwise I would not have suggested. And, we crave your wisdom. >> >> On Monday, April 19, 2021, 3:14:19 PM PDT, Richard Koerner <rjkinpb@sbcglobal.net> wrote: >> >> Folks. Get real. Vanagon List is dying. If you are worried, install a simple AD Blocker via Mozilla and Firefox. Nothing crummy. Come on!! This is not a hard thing to do. Just try it. We want your comments.
