Subject: Oil plug reusable washer?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8

Hi listers,

At one time I found a thick plastic feeling washer on my oil plug. I think it came that way after Ken Wilford changed the oil for me.

I used that washer for years with no oil leaks.

I have some copper crush washers but I’d like to get another one or two of those oil plug washers.

Does anyone know of such a thing. I remember it fit the plug perfectly and I actually had a bit more confidence in it then the copper oil plug washer.

What are you folks using with the oil plug at oil change time?
