John, there is a shop in St. Augustine that specializes in restoration of T1 and T2 VW buses: https://www.eastcoastvwrestorations.com

I don't see why they wouldn't be able to work on a T3 as well. I have not yet used their services, but if I had the need, I would start with them. Anthony (in NE FL)

Next step is to find body shop that can repair extensive body rust and repaint the van.
