To balance a left corner lean you suspended a bowling ball from the under right side of the van then forgot.  It has been swinging into the van making the sound.

You changed out your front spare and didn’t tighten the bolt so it has been bouncing on the hook,

Oh, forget that one you have a Syncro.

When camping your shoes were wet so you set up a bungee cord under the van and hung them there to dry.  
They have been slapping the van as you rocket over bumps.

Sort of a self delivered kick.

Can’t wait to hear the real solution!
