It would appear that everyone who receives their emails from The List
in non-digest mode do not see a problem. Also, everyone who receives
emails from The List in digest mode do have a problem, and, every
email from Dennis that is stored in the archives is also problematic.
This suggests that the encoding that Dennis' app is using to send
emails cannot be decoded by The List server (and therefore issues and
stores it in an un-decoded format), however everyone who receives
those emails in non-digest mode are being decoded correctly by that
individual's email app (and therefore do not see an issue).
Please look at the archives
(http://gerry.vanagon.com/archives/vanagon.html) and have a look at
Dennis' emails.
