Relay all hooked up.

It took me about as long as Dennis to install rear discs but I had fun doing it.

I think this winter, when doing bigger projects on the van in a warm snowed in garage I’ll consider raising it up behind the grill as some have done.

In the meantime here is a little report on the relay.

I used the J Brown single Horn relay. I made recordings but hard to tell any difference on those.

In real life it made a nice difference. Tone is clearer, a bit louder, and consistent.

I remembered I had a new horn purchased some 8 years ago and tried that as well. With the relay the new horn sounded better then my old one so I changed it out. Originally when I tried the new horn I didn’t like the tone, but now it sounds strong and normal.

So, if you hear a clear Beep behind you, it just might be me.
