Hi Gil,


I've been dealing with some of these sorts of issues too, primarily
the hesitation on throttle application.


Your list seems pretty thorough, but I think there are some additional
areas you could check regarding fuel delivery:


Fuel filter
Fuel delivery rate test
Potential blockages/restriction on inlet from fuel tank to pump.
Correct functioning of the evap system (no blockages that might result
in vacuum in the tank, or defects that might result in purging the
carbon canister at idle, etc)


These may not explain or cure all of your issues, but may be part of
the problem.
