I’ve stripped the motor as much as I can in van, got things prepped to remove. Rebuilt a spare throttle body, and plenum, injectors, runners, hose assembly.

Waiting for rain to stop before I drop motor.

Was thinking about the clutch. Remembered I had put in new slave cyl back in 2014. At that time I pulled the slave bracket off, can’t recall why. And I had to pull the lever arm off, again…why?

Yeah, I cut the old arm off. But I had a spare one. Yeah , I was stupid, twice over. I thought the spare was the same . Ended up making a spacer for the slave rod to make the new arm work.

Yes, it was a diesel van arm. Clocks differently on the cross shaft.

But hey, clutch worked fine until a month ago.

I’m getting to the point…

I crawled under the van and pulled the arm off. Came off way to easily. Yes, it’s cracked. So it had slipped on the splines. Hence the no clutch action.

Seems, of course, the arms are now hard to find.

Anyone have a clutch lever arm for sale? Wbx version.
