The vanagon has a such a valve. But it´s biasing depending on
deceleration, not rear axle weight.
It´s the big rotten steel block on the front left chassis rail, two
brake lines go to/from it.
If replacing this with a rear axle valve is better?! I think no one has
tested so far.
