I believe my stock booster was good. I sold it on eBay and didn’t get any
complaints. It’s super simple you just have to tap the hole on the (shoot I
forget the name of it the part that connects the booster to the pedal). Oh
wait the clevis pin I believe! Then you just have to cut the threaded rod
down a bit. Once installed you may have to bend the brake line a smidge to
fit I didn’t have to and that’s pretty much it. There is a huge thread on
thesamba. I can get it for you if you need it but if you just google “samba
bmw brake booster” it should pop right up. For a skinny guy like me with
chicken legs it’s a game changer haha.
