        100% in Agreeance with that ~ I have never understood why VW chose to

place a ground cable on the opposite end of the Trany from the Starter Motor ~

I always recommend that in addition to making sure that Cable & Its Connections

are Clean, an Additional Ground should be placed from 1 Starter Motor Bolt to

Chassis ~
