It depends what you want to power.

Traditional USB, or USB 1.0 and 2.0 max out at 500mA, while USB 3.0 does at 900mA. USB PD 3.0 maxes out at 5A and can support up to 20V, whereas the earlier revs maxed out at 5V. That said, I suspect you'd need 24V to get the full 100W PD power.

Here's an option that seems to be popular and should fit within the existing cigarette lighter (allegedly):

Note that I haven't installed it, but it generally seems to have positive reviews and features both USB-A and USB-C. I opted to replace the cigarette lighter port with a new unit, as I already have a number of devices that connect via it.
