Subject:      Passenger side fun visor

I am looking for a passenger side sun visor with a mirror and light.  Mine is drooping.  A year or so ago, when turning visor down there was an audible snap inside the visor.  Some visors apparently have a tension screw in that location.  Mine does not.

Any suggested fixes or does any one have a visor?  

Note, I am not looking for the plastic bits that install into the overhead.
