Just noticed that my speedometer needle quivers. Any ideas what may be causing it. Replaced broken cable about a year ago and it worked fine. Alfred 85 Westy

I have an ‘85 1.9 w tranny pulled out available in Calgary. It runs fine but has suffered from Vanagon syndrome. Is it worth selling this?
