Hi Jeff and David, and others,
I just had the pleasure and good fortune to camp with David in southern VT. I told him he was a rock star in my opinion.
I also hope to see more posts in the future.
We had about 88 busses and great weather.
However, I don’t think Dennis Haynes plans on tubing that river ever again!
I on the other hand tubed it twice and played ukulele in the tube part of the way down the river on the second run.
Best river flow in many years.
So many busses to check out. Some looking like new, others looking like they must have been in the field just a few moments ago, or might just stay in the camp ground permanently
Yet all started and made their way home. And none except one I know of broke down on the way to the event.
Ask, Dennis about the one van! Chuckle.
And Dennis , thanks for driving people and tubes down to the covered bridge tubing start place and for the amazing Raffle donations!
Again several folks on this list were a big help in making the West River Westies event a fun and successful event.
Mark July 8, 9, 10 on your calendar for 2022 and plan a trip to Vermont.
