I find it interesting that after 3.5 months now a leak is appearing - it is very minor and dripping only under pressure. So how would a seam weld alter over time - possibly a slight flaw and through the heat of the tank expanding and contracting over the last number of trips a deep enough crack has formed? If so, you would think testing should involve more than pressure testing. X Raying the seams perhaps? - That would increase the cost at the end of the day....likely just a big fluke.
