Just that statement by itself is incorrect,, If He is trying to say that adjusting

Front vs Rear Height can have an effect on weight distrib’ > @ Speed < due

to a Change in Rake, that might be an acceptable statement ~

That being said,, It Could Be Argued that A Very Slight Shift in CG Might

happen due to Gas in Tank & H2O in Storage Tank Shifting Fore or Aft ~
