Yes, there used to be numerous options, but with more and more car manufacturers including touch-screens in their autos, the number of options out there has dropped. That said, with the global chip shortages as a result of the pandemic, many of the dozen or so units that exist seem to be sold out, especially from well known manufacturers like Alpine, Pioneer and Sony. Check Crutchfield.com, where you can filter the results and see a number of models. A couple of things to consider: 1) You might need to rig up some kind of spacer for units where the screen comes up straight up 90 degrees from the face of the head unit to get past the lip of the dash on our Vanagons. 2) Theft is a very real concern, as I didn't find any units with reasonable anti-theft solutions, like a detachable face. Ultimately, the latter issue is the reason I didn't go for one. Instead, I opted for a good cell phone mount and a mobile phone with a larger screen.
