Yes, the night sky was pretty amazing. With no moon and very clear air we saw a staggering number of stars. The Milky Way stretched nearly from horizon to horizon, becoming visible even before full darkness had fallen. This all at sea level. Meteor showers were expected one night when we turned in early but the night before we saw a bunch. Mark
