Manually caused this condition,, Can’t say absolutely but pretty darn sure I was

Slightly Opening Throttle while @ same time Having Idle Position Switch Stay in

Idle Position ~ This, of course, would suggest, that if IPS is out of adjustment it

can cause the symptom You describe ~
