Hoping someone with a parts catalog can tell me if two parts are interchangeable? I have a 1990 Cabriolet that needs new seatbelts (existing are frayed).

Part number in the vehicle is 155857705.

Is 165857805 compatible? Was told it’s from a 1992 Golf.

Many thanks in advance! Jeff
