Hi all,
I think that I have narrowed it down to either the 1.9l OEM at just over
$1000 CAD or the 2.1l OEM at almost $1500 CAD. The SS option is almost
$2000 CAD, and firstly I'm way to cheap, and secondly, the SS exhaust will
probably outlive me, so...
Everything I read tells me that the 2.1 is 'more robust', but not exactly
sure what the details are.
Is it $400+ more robust than the 1.9, or should I just stick with the 1.9
OEM version?
Interested in what people have to say.
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Cool - although I typically order most of my stuff through GW or Van Cafe -
I find Cal Imports sometimes has things the other 2 don't and I also find
their service pretty good overall - it helps that they are about 45 minutes
away from where I live too.
You can also check in on Werke 1 who bring in Vanagon stock from the US and
then distribute in Canada - Barry is a good guy. https://www.werke1.com.
There are some savings on duty and shipping however - it would still
require shipping across Canada back to you.
