Thanks everyone. I noticed while I was down there the electrical connection
isn't super solid on the gowesty high torque starter. The little brass
connector they provided has a pretty decent sized gap between the thread on
the bolt and the head of the bolt so I could never get the connection
totally tight. Looking back I should have put a washer in there to fill the
space so I could tighten it down well. Now the dang nut is stuck on the
little copper adapter of course I probably tightened it down into the
unthreaded part. Trying to get it off without destroying the copper adapter
is testing my patience.
