Just to let you folk know, no other issues with van after that hose incident. About 550km , 2/3 of that logging road. Lots of rough roads and van ran like a champ. I’ll say more later, but I don’t think van has ran this well for quite a while. Ambient temps were cool, but still, I think my oil temps were lower by 5-10C and coolant temps were good…. Low speed fan came on when needed, temp dropped on long declines… etc etc. All good.
