Neil,

That’s the funny thing. I’ve had solar panels and a big assed (200Ahr) agm battery for 5-6 years now.

Two 75w Siemens mono on the roof. One extra if I want to take it along as a “mobile” panel.

MPPT controller.

And this brings up a good point. If I didn’t have all that already I’d have been very very much more reluctant to go electric fridge. The battery and panel cost is a considerable additional cost to going electric fridge .
