A few list members had these back in the “old days.” You should be able to
find posts in the archives if anyone has those. The ones I have seen (in
photos) fit alongside or in place of the steering shaft. They were barge
enough in diameter that you couldn’t use the lower plastic housing without
cutting it up. I never found out if the rig cut into the foot room
significantly.
