Thanks to everyone who responded. FWIW, considering all advice received, I have ordered an Anker 26800 + 45 PD battery. If works as claimed, and as reviewed (for what those are worth) it should handle us for perhaps two weeks off grid. We are not concerned about phones, usually no service at our favored camping locations anyway. Bonnie's insulin pump is what matters. And of course, we can always return to grid if need be, or charge off the van. We are still looking at bigger options to provide additional power for other purposes.
