Hi folks,

My 84 has tired vapor tanks in the wheel wells. The grommets are physically loose letting in air, and likely dirt and water. They are just barely lying over the openings.

To rehab this part of the system what parts will I need? One is physically loose The other is low enough that I can feel the loose Gromit on the top of the tank. The lines actually seem good. I’ll of Cours want to check the rest of the fuel system.

How does one pressure test the system to look for other issues?

And again where to get the parts and what are they called? I can’t just look at a picture so tips appreciated.

Eric Caron
