The learning continues. 

        although the vacuum lines may not be the cause of my 84 running problems they do look and feel tired compared to the other engine parts.

        Is there a vender that has a kit for me to have what is needed to go through and change the lines? 

        I will first check them with a friend once I have the supplies needed.  But if we find a bad line I’d like to be prepared with more than rescue tape. 

        And, as they look tired I’ll eventually want to replace the vacuum lines.

Having the correct sizes and amounts and any needed hose clamps would make it easier for me to do this, and have needed materials.

Tips for a kit or putting one together?

A tune up is in the engines future, so gathering parts is helpful.

I don’t have skilled VW help here often but when I do a lot gets done if I have the needed parts.
