Hi,

the handle itself comes off super easy, just take off the door card and remove the screw holding the handle I wrote to the folks at Bus Lab for further info on the key cylinder exchange and got this reply. Hey Eric,

When you have your old handle off the van insert the key, there'll be a very small flat head set screw on the inner collar handle that needs to be removed to release the lock cylinder, release the lock cylinder in the same way on the new handle and swap them over and retighten. There is a small cylindrical spring on the back of the lock cylinder that returns the key to center, be careful when removing from the old handle as a lot of the times it falls off upon removal.
