That sounds great. I think most of us end up with a collection of bus items. I’ve been giving most of mine away for raffle items at our VW event fund raiser. But, their are a few I have not let go of yet.

I have a Mosaic of a hippie bus made by a talented student from the high school where I retired from. And a Franklin mint exact scale model of a 67 beetle.

But even these I’m starting to get ready to let go of as I just like hanging out with the real vans. I find the beetle model just makes me want to have a real beetle! !

There are some very nice bus items out there.

Believe it or not I’m still partial to very nice bus T shirts.

A friend just gave me one I’ve wanted for a long time. The one that says something like… What would Jesus drive? Picture of a old bus, then It says, Humble, economical, and room for 12.

I have only found one shirt with a vanagon on it. Sadly, I managed this week to stain it just before a trip with a few drops of oil. But, then again, that seems appropriate.
