Sounds good, My college self was not so careful. Friends were lifted in chair and all and off we went.
I would be more careful today.
Ironically later a friend got a Econo van and could lock her chair in front of the steering wheel. But her chair didn’t have a seat belt. I took belts from my bus, probably from the removed center seat and sewed her a seat belt that attached to her chair. Her chair was bolted to the floor when driving.
She used that set up for many years.
