Here is an example of an installation including an Autometer brand mini gauge console. This gauge set up does the trick and usually available for ~$100 including the sensors and mounting. A bit small and the lighting has much to be desired but the color coding helps and accuracy is sufficient. Other downside is that an oil pressure sensor with the warning light contact is not available so if you want that function you need to tee in a sensor.
