A few days ago I was making a plan with Dennis to address some van issues and I mentioned I needed to change the alternator belt. Without a hitch he described carefully in terms a blind man could easily follow how to get it done. Success, a new and quiet belt on the engine and I now know exactly how to tighten if it stretches or makes noise on a trip. Much easier now that Dennis has installed the adjustable alternator bracket. Another example of Dennis coming through. Frankly, despite my recent frustrations with my vans performance I would be lost without Dennis’s advice and clear direction. The patience in working through challenges is greatly appreciated.
