I'll keep my eye out for it Eric. I sold my 79 Panel to buy the Syncro -
the Panel was camperized by a local conversion company and only had
seatbelts for the driver and front passenger seats. It was a pretty cool
little set-up but having a child on the way gave the push to upgrade to a
Vanagon. Anyway I sold the Panel to Molsons (the brewery) who used it for
an Old Style Pilsner Beer sales campaign. As a result they named the Van
"Pilly" and painted it green and white along with the beer's emblem.
That van is no longer as it turned from a van to a trailer given the sales
team couldn't reliably get it or themselves from event to event without
some unforeseen break-down. They probably should have done their market
research before buying it.
