Hi Eric, I was referring to the OEM oil/coolant heat exchanger where the oil filter is mounted. There are 3 small hoses there. I don't think 1.9l engines have this component.
There is a short hose on the right rear that supplies coolant to the right head. To get to this one I removed the alternator and the dipstick. The hoses on the H pipe were challenging, I ended up cutting those off with a utility knife. I think they were previously assembled with an adhesive.
I didn't buy a kit because a few of the hoses had already been replaced less than a year ago. I bought individual hoses from various vendors, some silicone, some rubber.

You'll need to get under the van for some hoses, I never seemed to have every tool at hand, so I was getting up and down frequently. I started thinking of it as my cross training workout every day. Some hoses are pretty hard to get to, e.g. the ones on the oil cooler. It was very satisfying once the job was complete though!
