Having just completed this project I will just say that I found it to be a very physical endeavor for my 66yo body. You'll need to get under the van for some hoses, I never seemed to have every tool at hand, so I was getting up and down frequently. I started thinking of it as my cross training workout every day. Some hoses are pretty hard to get to, e.g. the ones on the oil cooler. It was very satisfying once the job was complete though!

Be sure to pressure test your radiator cap, overpressure could be contributing to failing hoses.

Good luck!
