hi all,

I am not an expert on computer/internet but whenever something wrong I do
this ...  I am not sure it will help in this case.
- Clear browsing data and cookies.
- Shut down the computer
- Turn OFF the internet modem and router (if you have one) for 2 minutes
and turn them back ON.
- Boot up your computer
