Merry Christmas! My New Year’s resolution is to post now and again, now that my ‘84 Westy is back after six months with an extraordinary engine builder, Adam Kottke, near Rockford, IL. Adam is well respected in the air cooled arena, and agreed to take on the build of my (now) 2.2 wbxr, most of the components (including heads) sourced from and modified by Rocky (Walla Walla, WA). Van safely stored (from the elements and hopefully from the mice) in the garage (northern IL) until March. Cheers! Skip Laubach
