The correct fit LEDs are available & I had them on My van for several years

but the old sockets made for an iffy connection & old lenses didn’t allow for very

decent brightness.

The Mercedes LEDs are an exact fit, same overall size & screw hole placement

but do require different wire connections. The connector on the LED wires is easily

removed as they are bared wire push through & fold over style so You just need to

straighten the folded over wires, then pull the connector off which leaves the bare

wire to splice to the Van Marker wires directly or via your choice of new connector,,,
