Dennis, Thanks for responding. Not meaning to be to dense, this still leaves me without understanding how to get up to 70 or 75 without bucking. 70 mph would actually be fine. That engine should easily do it. I see no reason to go faster. Just don't want to get run over on the Interstates by the up to 90 mph crowd around here. Any recommendations? Ring and pinion change or whatever. I don't know If I have a VSS issue or not at this point. When work was recently done everything seemed go for VSS. It was secure and clearance from bolt head was 4mm. That should be right. Don't know what else to do.
