My problem with camping in California was Californians. At Angeles, it was a good thing we took a picture of our campsite tag on the post with my brother's car in the background. It came in handy when somebody stole it while we were away. We ran the squatters off and got the site back. Another time we left the usual "signs" that we would be back to our site by leaving a few items on the camp table. That always works here in Alabama, but when we returned to our site the camping items had been taken.
