I replaced the hoses in my '87 2.1 last fall and am still having an issue with a leak at the connection to the radiator. It's a silicone hose and I don't have a spring clip that fits so I used a screw clamp. I already stripped one clamp trying to get it tighter. I'm thinking I will need to disconnect the hose, clean and dry the connection and use an adhesive/sealant. This will have to wait for warmer weather. Final Charge coolant may be a contributing factor, I recall that Dennis said this coolant may be more prone to leaks like this.
