There are 2 ways in dropbox

- the user *moves* the file (not copy) - so there's no duplicate file. If someone goes to dropbox and makes a *"cleanup"*, the file will be *gone*.

- the user *copies* the file (not move) - there will be a duplicate file. If someone goes to dropbox and makes a *"cleanup"*, the user *still has* the original file.
