This was a head scratcher to me at first, however I did find two
references online that may help others understand
which baffles these are and where they are located. Both of these
sites are in German, but you will get it.
The third link is where you could purchase a stainless steel version
if you really wanted them.
I too would be interested in a template that was made from an original ...
