Free advice if you join the list - otherwise the information sought will
cost cash in some form or other unless you can find a link or video on the
internet.
Thanks to Paul Guzyk I joined the list in 2006 or so. Answered an add
likely Craigslist to buy a set of decent 14” black steel wheels. The
wheels on my (new to me) 86 Syncro Westy were pretty rusty…little did I
know about rims, tires, cooling systems, fuel lines, grounds, idle
stabilizers, or any Vanagon stuff really as I had been driving a 79 panel
bus.
Paul was selling a bunch of parts including a pretty sweet 2.1 ( still in
van), that he wanted replace with a subie motor. We went for a drive
together in the van with the motor up for sale, and he told me about the
list.
