Here's the summary of the link posted by Steven. - Get a 15 volt 22 microfarad tantalum capacitor - Open up the AFM - Solder the POS (+) leg to terminal #2 - Solder the NEG (-) leg to terminal #4 Note: You may want to clean the carbon track too.
