Wow! This makes reading theSamba info much easier.

I’ll need to figure this out so that I can search topics there.

Any tips on the process?

I use a Mac.

Is this something I find on the web site or in the browser settings?

If the site where is it and when does it show up.

This is a game changer for me.

Also,

David Beierl kindly responded early on with a brief but complete description of the most common solution. He later specified that it is the same for my 84 as the later 86. And also that this can be done in the harness if preferred.

Here is his statement.

Hey Eric -- Install 22 uF 16V capacitor, preferably tantalum type, between pin 2 (wiper) and pin 4 (ground) of the AFM. Positive side to pin 2.
