In fact you have 3 choices to fix the vanagon syndrome...

- Get a rebuilt one, the capacitor is included in there - Get a vanagon air flow meter harness - https://vancafe.com/air-flow-meter-harness/ - Open up the AFM and solder a capacitor yourself.
