Replacing those heads is most likely the best route. But as Dennis said, while doing that, when apart and possibly on a bench, check out the rest of the engine (bearings, cylinders, balance, etc.) so that you do this only once. Much of that can be done if not on a bench. Seek out how to do those things from those more knowledgeable than I. Prepare yourself for any surprises and don't lose heart. Now is the time to do the things that will take you many carefree miles.
